Martin Luther (10 November in Eisleben - 18 February in Eisleben) was a Germanmonk and theologian of Christianity who is credited with starting the Protestant Reformation, a movement that marked the beginning of Protestantism.

Luther started the Lutheran Church, the first big Protestant church.

Luther studied philosophy at the University
